The AI tools our team actually uses every day
We test AI tools for a living, which means most of them pass through our accounts and never come back. These five quietly became part of how the team works every day.
The daily drivers
They cover the boring-but-constant work: drafting and editing copy, cleaning up research, summarizing long threads, and turning rough notes into something shareable. Reliability mattered more than novelty.
What didn’t stick
Plenty of impressive tools fell out of rotation because they added a step instead of removing one. If something needs babysitting, it doesn’t survive a busy week.
The pattern is simple: the tools that lasted made an existing task faster without changing how we already work.
